Dear Esteemed Members,
On behalf of the National Supermarket Association, it is my honor to extend warm greetings to all participants of our second Women’s Summit 2024.
This event stands as a testament to our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and the empowerment of women in the retail industry.
As we gather to celebrate the achieve- ments of women in our sector, let us also recognize the challenges they have over- come and the contributions they continue to make.
From leadership roles in management to frontline positions, women play a vital role in driving innovation, fostering growth, and shaping the future of our industry.
This summit provides a platform for net- working, learning, and sharing experi- ences. It is an opportunity to forge con- nections, exchange ideas, and inspire one another to reach greater heights.
Together, we can cultivate an environ- ment where every individual, regardless of gender, feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
I would like to express my gratitude to all the speakers, sponsors, and attendees who have made this event possible.
I would especially like to congratulate gen- erational honorees Dilenia Torres, Caro- lina Diplan, Miveri Colon, industry leaders honorees Jenny Jorge, and Lucia Tejada and Cynthia Ramos, and our Keynote Speaker Marlene Cintron, Your dedica- tion and enthusiasm enrich our commu- nity and propel us forward on our journey toward progress and equality.
