KRISTEN LERNER Co-Owner & Corporate Manager Ozone Refrigeration Kristen Lerner acquired Ozone Refrigeration with husband and partner Paul in May 2023. Kristen is one of the few female business owners in the refrigeration Industry. Her background in Organizational Behavior Management informs her insightful solutions to common industry issues. As a Hussmann Channel Partner, Ozone has the distinguished honor of serving clients in one of the toughest markets in the U.S. with a record of stellar customer service and consistent sales growth. Kristen has contributed to Ozone’s continued success and seamless ownership transition with her excellent client relations and organizational skills. Kristen graduated with a Post-Master’s Degree from Penn State in Applied Behavior Analysis. She founded and operated a clinic serving over 65 families from the Tri-state area with developmental disabilities. She worked in the area of family therapy for over 20+ years advocating for children and changing legislation to give families a better quality of life. During her tenor as Director of her clinic she managed over 30 clinicians and staff and treated hundreds of children and young adults. Kristen & Paul are parents of a blended family of five and live in Rockland County. Their experience as family business owners is reflected in their commitment to their customers, many of whom are family business owners. Kristen took on the challenge of stepping into a brand-new industry with the passion and grit she brings to every endeavor and is already making her mark.
