STEPHANIE CASTRO Store Manager Sabor Tropical Supermarket #5 Stephanie Castro is a dedicated leader in the grocery retail industry, currently overseeing logistics, operations, and marketing at Sabor Tropical Supermarkets in Miami, Florida. Her journey with the company began in 2007, when her father established the family business in South Florida. From a young age, she immersed herself in various aspects of supermarket operations, working through high school and college to gain hands-on experience. She later earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida International University. Beyond her professional role, Stephanie is an active member of the Florida Chapter of the National Supermarket Association (NSA), where she serves on the Board of Directors. She leads the NSA Florida Scholarship Program, supporting students in their educational pursuits, and actively participates in their current events that promote collaboration and growth within the independent supermarket sector. Her commitment to both business excellence and community engagement highlights her leadership and dedication to advancing the industry.
