Having honed her skills through years of hands-on experiences across multiple geographies and with multiple retailers, including Walmart, Kroger, and Sam’s Club, Erica possesses a strong understanding of product development, branding, and sales strategies that resonate with consumers. Her strategic insights have led to the launch and revitalization of numerous well-loved CPG brands, including Quaker Rice Cakes, Gatorade Zero, and Mountain Dew Thrashed Apple.

Erica is the Senior Metro Market Director for Frito Lay in the NYC, Long Island, New Jersey and Philadelphia areas across all retail channels. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Honors and Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin, and a MBA in Finance from the University of Arkansas.
