MARLENY RAMOS Training Manager at Porky Products I embarked on my professional journey with Porky 21 years ago. In 2004, I took a bold step by joining the Sales Support team, an opportunity that came through a family member. As a Sales Support Representative, I quickly immersed myself in the company’s operations, products, and client relationships. My dedication and growing expertise earned me a promotion to Sales Lead in 2014. Over the years, I’ve worked hard to establish myself as a trusted business partner and a key knowledge resource for my long-standing clients. I’ve consistently excelled in my role, leveraging my refined interpersonal skills to surpass expectations year after year. My client portfolio includes corporate groups averaging 60 plus stores and more than 30 independently owned supermarkets. In 2024, I expanded my role by taking on management responsibilities and stepping into the position of Training Manager at Porky. With a strong background in sales, I am now entrusted with the training and education of new hires, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in our dynamic team. My focus is on developing strategic training programs that enhance sales performance, adoptive client relationships, and drive overall growth. Combining hands-on coaching with industry understandings, I am committed to building a high-performing sales team that consistently delivers exceptional results to our customers and aligns with Porky’s mission and values. Outside of my professional life I am a wife and mother of two girls, I truly value time spent with my family. I love sharing moments with my daughters, Savannah 7 and Navy 2, and I’m an enthusiastic “dance mom,” regularly attending dance competitions on evenings and weekends. I also cherish quiet moments where I can unwind and enjoy a cup of coffee and family vacations where I can reconnect with my personal goals.
